Bartholomew P.J. Brazinski Funeral Director Bartholomew P.J. Brazinski 74 of Ponte Vedra Fl & Mantoloking, NJ died on Saturday at Ocean Medical Center, Brick. Born in Elizabeth, he graduated from St. Patrick High School in 1965 and University of Miami in 1969 and American Academy of Mortuary Science NYC in 1970. He was partner & co-owner of Brazinski Funeral Home & August F. Schmidt Memorial Funeral Home for more than 50 years. He was a communicant of St. Simon by the Sea Church, Mantoloking and a member of the Mantoloking Yacht Club, Mantoloking. He was predeceased by his wife Janet Schmoldt Brazinski who died in 2008. He is survived by his wife Mildred Tabor Winkle of Branchburg. 2 sons Carl & Dane of Mantoloking. A daughter Melanie Winkle of Charlotte, N.C. 2 Brothers, Dr. Mark Brazinski & his wife Sally of Cynthiana, KY & John A. Brazinski & his wife Kathy of Wyoming. 2 Sisters, Ona Joyce & her husband Ted of Ireland & Pal Montgomery of N.C. Friends may call at the August F. Schmidt Memorial Funeral Home on Wednesday 4-8 PM. Funeral Services will be at St. Simon by the Sea Church, Mantoloking at 11:30 AM on Thursday. Donations in his memory to the George Coukos, M.D. PhD, the Center for research for Ovarian Cancer, 421 Curie Blvd., 1315 Biomedical Research Bldg., 13th floor, Philadelphia, PA. 19104. Bart, Why did you have to go I guess we will never know You had so much more living to do Family, travel, Florida, and martinis too My heart is so heavy and sad When I think about the good times we had I will miss your kind and loving heart You were an angel from the start You will be in my heart and my thoughts today and everyday Love you always Your loving wife Millie AKA “bunny” You always said “it’s good we do not know what the future holds for we would not be able to enjoy the present”
