Obituary of Margaret E. DiMaio

Margaret E. DiMaio, age 72, passed away on June 13, 2021 at Trinitas Hospital in Elizabeth, NJ. She was born May 18, 1949 in Summit, NJ to Richard W. Fisher,Sr. and Gloria J. Trowbridge. She spent most of her life in Elizabeth and a short time in South Carolina. It is with great sadness that God has called upon our beloved Margaret DiMaio. Our hearts may be filled with sadness during this time but we would like to take this time to join together in remembering all the great times we shared with Margaret. Margaret is predeceased by her husband Anthony S. DiMaio, her daughter Robin DiMaio, and her sisters Bonnie Colandrea and Cynthia King. Margaret is survived by her brother and his wife, Richard Fisher,Jr and Anne Fisher, her daughter Tammy Carbajal and 5 grandchildren (Lexus, Savanna, Kenzie, Mikayla, and Jaylynn), her daughter and husband Tiffany and Davy Goncalves, her son Walter Fisher and his fiancée Kim Stokes, her son Raymond DiMaio and grandchildren (Raymond Jr., Dillan, and Brandon), and her other grandchildren and great grandchildren who loved their "Nanny" very dearly. Please join us in celebrating her life Wednesday, June 16, 2021 between 2:00- 4:00 PM or 7:00- 9:00 PM at August F. Schmidt Memorial Funeral Home on 139 Westfield Ave Elizabeth, NJ 07208. Burial Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday June 17, 2021.
