Obituary of Barbara Perricone

Barbara (Waln) Perricone, 85, of Colonia, died on Wednesday, 3/31/2021, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Rahway. Born in Elizabeth she lived in Colonia for many years. She was the late wife of Joseph Perricone who died in 1993. Mother of the late John J. Perricone, died in 2000. She retired several years ago as a teller for Bank of America. She was an animal lover & had a dog & a Macaw bird. She was known for being a great desert baker. On a weekly basis, friends would come & play Mahjong. Barbara loved to play card with her sister Kathy. She is survived by a daughter Karen Perricone. 2 Grandchildren, Dana Quijano & John Michael Perricone. A great Granddaughter Autumn Quijano. A sister Jacqueline Costello. A Great Step-Grandson Alex Yelton. Also survived by a nephew & a niece, Michael D. Costello & Gail Shaw. Great nieces & nephews, Jessie Costello & Bryan, Kevin & Steven Shaw. A great great niece Fiona. A graveside service will be held at Graceland Memorial Park, Kenilworth on Monday, April 12 at 2 PM.
