Obituary of Teresa C. Deegan

Teresa C. Deegan, 92, of Brick died on Saturday August 8, at Elmora Hills Health & Rehabilitation Center-LTC, Elizabeth.Due to the Corona Virus , A Private service was held at the August F. Schmidt Memorial Funeral Home, 139 Westfield Ave, Elizabeth on Wednesday August 12. Interment Brigadier General William C. Doyle Cemetery, Arneytown. Teresa was born in Elizabeth and moved to Brick in 1985. She was employed as a Hostess for the Tower Steak House in Mountainside for many years before retiring. She was a communicant of Church of the Visitation, Brick where she was active in the Rosary Society and the St. Vincent de Paul Society. She was predeceased by her husband John W. Deegan. She is survived by 2 Sons John W. Deegan, Jr. & his wife Sandra of Roselle Park & William J. Deegan, Sr. & his wife Linda of Elizabeth, 1 brother Joseph Mesgleski & his wife Margaret of Hillside. Grandmother of William J. Deegan Jr., Melissa, Trevor, Andrew Deegan & John W. Deegan III & his wife Jennifer & Great Grandmother of Zachary Deegan.
