Frances Amodeo, 84, of Monroe, Louisiana died on Monday July 13, at Louisiana Extended Care Hospital, Louisiana. Relatives & Friends are kindly invited to attend the funeral on Wednesday, July 22 at 10 AM from the August F. Schmidt Memorial Funeral Home 139 Westfield Ave; Elizabeth, NJ. Entombment Woodbridge Memorial Gardens, Woodbridge. Visiting Tuesday 2-4 7-9 PM
Frances was born in Sicily, Italy & came to this country in 1955, living in Brooklyn, NY, then moving to Louisiana many years ago. She was employed as a Seamstress in the Brooklyn, NY area for many years before retiring.
She was predeceased by her husband Frank Amodeo Sr & son Albert Amodeo. She is survived by 1 daughter Luisa Blevins & her husband Richard, and 3 sons Joseph Amodeo & his wife Catherine, Frank Amodeo Jr & his wife Barbara, Lenny Amodeo & his wife Amy. Also, 2 sisters Teresa Pagone & Catherine Termine. She had 8 Grandchildren & 1 Great-Grandson.
